Mike Goldman is a Partner of WestEnd Advisors and is responsible for all aspects of WestEnd’s sales and marketing efforts. He works closely with WestEnd’s institutional and broker dealer relationships. Mike entered the financial services and investment advisory industries in 1995. Prior to joining WestEnd Advisors, he spent eight years as a Financial Advisor with Wheat First Securities and UBS, running an investment consulting practice for high net worth individuals, families and small institutions. Mike is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a B.A. degree in Economics.
Staunton Harkins is a Partner of WestEnd Advisors and has sales and marketing responsibilities including business development and relationship management. Staunton entered the financial services industry in 1992. Prior to joining WestEnd Advisors, he spent eight years as a Financial Advisor with Wheat First Securities and UBS, running an investment consulting practice for high net worth individuals, families and small institutions. Prior to his experience as a Financial Advisor, he worked in the banking industry in various capacities including Vice President – Commercial Loan Manager at Branch Banking and Trust, where he served from 1992 through 1995. Staunton is a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a B.S. degree in Finance.
Jason Leibowitz joined WestEnd Advisors in 2015 and has sales and marketing responsibilities including business development and relationship management. Jason began his career as an investment advisor at Merrill Lynch. Subsequent to his experience as an investment advisor, he held various business development and analytical roles at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney including consulting group analyst and advisory management positions where he was responsible for the training and growth of advisory business, investment and portfolio allocation decisions, manager selection, and due diligence. Most recently, Jason spent five years in the alternative investment management industry as the Director of National Accounts at Central Park Group and Director, Head of Private Client Group at HarbourVest Partners. In these roles, Jason was focused on the global strategy and distribution of private equity and hedge fund solutions to high-net-worth clients and the intermediary channels that advise them. Jason received a B.S. in Finance from Rider University in 2003.
Willie Griffin joined WestEnd Advisors in 2014 and has responsibilities in sales and marketing including business development and relationship management. Willie entered the financial services industry in 2010. Prior to WestEnd Advisors, he worked in Wells Fargo’s Global Alternative Investment’s Group assisting with business strategy and product development. Prior to this role, he worked with financial advisors as a Business Development Consultant for Wells Fargo Advisor’s National Sales Group. He also spent time with Wells Fargo Investment Management Consulting Group. Willie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Management and Society.
Seth Knight joined WestEnd Advisors in 2016 and has responsibilities in sales and marketing including business development and relationship management. Seth entered the financial services and investment advisory industries in 2013. Prior to WestEnd Advisors, he worked at Raymond James & Associates as a Financial Advisor for three years, running a comprehensive financial planning and wealth management practice for individual investors and families. Seth is a graduate of Wofford College with a B.A degree in Finance.
Shannon Hull re-joined WestEnd Advisors in 2011. She manages Client Service and is the primary point of contact for all client service needs, including account openings. Prior to joining WestEnd, Shannon managed broker/dealer operations, compliance, and project management at CBA Financial Advisors. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry. Shannon is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
